I had an excellent takeaway experience at Nando’s Enfield Town, and it was entirely down to Gabriel. His customer service was spot on. He was friendly, efficient, and genuinely attentive, making sure everything was correct and handled smoothly. The whole process was quick and seamless, and the service felt personal rather than rushed. That level of care really stands out. That kind of attention to detail isn’t common anymore. Gabriel absolutely nailed it.
Great service and very welcoming stuff; went th extra mile to accommodate our family of three. Food was great too and served really fast. Ambience is also nice. One of the best Nando's I have ever been to.
Went in for a quick bite with a friend for lunch one day. As we enetered the staff were friendly and got us to a table straight away without having to wait. We decided to use the app to order and pay for food which was easy and quick. I decided to go for the Fanta thighs as ive seen reviews from people who have tried them and liked them so I really wanted to try them and they were interestingly nice. A bit sweet and tangy with a little spice. Overall a great experience as food came promptly and staff were friendly.
